Albany, NY Carousel Restoration Part 3
The first of the horses have been painted: painter Adrianna Roth is doing a great job! Under the direction of Rosa Ragan’s discovery of original paint and its documentation, the horses will look the same as they did when they left the factory over 100 years ago. George Herczak is doing a great job on the wood restoration and the whole project is ahead of schedule. The new gears are coming soon and the frame will be stood up in March 2001.
